Nederlands Film Festival (28 sept- 7 oct)

Lomax the Songhunter will be shown in de golden calf competition (long documentary) on the Dutch Film Festival.

Saturday 1st of october in the Louis Hartloper Complex 3 at 22.15

Tuesday 4th of october in Studio 11.45

Cork film Festival (9-16 oct 2005)

Lomax the Songhunter will also be shown at the Cork Film Festival.

- 3 screenings at the Gene Siskel Film Center Chicago

- North By North East (09-11 june 2005)

- Melbourne International Filmfestival (20 july - 7 aug 2005)

- TV & Film Festival Cologne (30 june - 6 july 2005) (ended up in the top 10 non-fiction.)

- Nashville Film festival (US) (14 -21 April) The film won an impact of music award.

- IDFA in November 2004. "Lomax the Songhunter" ended up in the official competitionprogramme. Was graded by the audience with an 8.2 (on a schale of 10)
